How to Negotiate salary!

1)Decide on the “worst-case scenario” (the lowest amount or cheapest price you will accept in the deal, your breakpoint).
2)Research their costs
3) Know what you’re worth.
4)Preparation is 90% of negotiation.
5)Be Firm in your language when making your proposal.
6) If someone is totally unreasonable, don’t negotiate.
7)Be ready to walk away.

Just remember that even the most skilled and experienced negotiators will feel discomfort when negotiating. The only difference is a skilled negotiator has learned to recognize, and suppress the outward signs of these feelings.
